County Public House
A member of our team completed an insurance review and realised that the current policy in place had extremely onerous terms and conditions that the client was unaware of. This client had a very large policy premium and excess from their existing broker due to a number of claims that had been reported on their policy. Our team reviewed reports of these incidents to discover that the root cause was a door that did not have any hinge protectors. We worked with the client to ensure these protectors were fitted – eliminating the risk of any further incidents occurring. Implementing this small and low-cost change, had a dual impact of not only reducing the client’s annual premium, but also significantly reduced their level of excess should an incident occur.
