We would like to keep you up to date in as far as possible with regard to the possibility arising and the implications of a ‘No Deal’ Brexit. This will arise if the withdrawal agreement (the UK leaving the EU) is not ratified before 30 March 2019.
If this happens some or all of the current arrangements by Irish Intermediaries with UK insurance providers will cease with implications for insurance contracts, which may differ from one provider to another.
However, at Campion Insurance we continue to engage with our UK providers in order to ensure that contingency plans are in place in the event of a ‘No Deal’ Brexit event. We are committed to ensure that there will be service continuity and reassurance for all our customers with regard to the provision of insurance services to you and that you are fully informed.
We will update this article as matters develop in the engagements between the EU and the UK over the coming period.
